I have been involved with the history of British cookery for over thirty years, working in television and having my own radio slots with the BBC which has brought my profile to the fore.
Writing for several local newspapers and doing guest chef appearances for all area's of the catering sector keeps me very active. The detective in me brings me to every corner of the world looking to see how food came to our tables, talking about and demonstrating the food from yesteryear.
